Attornery Ivan Primorac, as the Data Controller, processes your personal data through the website (hereinafter referred to as the website) by means of cookies and the online contact form. The contact form enables direct communication with the law firm via the website.
We process personal data to enhance user experience on the website and facilitate communication with the Service Provider, all based on your consent. Data collected through the use of cookies is not shared with third parties and is stored until the withdrawal of consent on which the processing is based, or for a shorter period, if individual cookies store data for a shorter time.

The contact form
The contact form is a feature of the website that enables direct communication with the Data Controller. When you use the form, we collect your personal data – such as your name, surname, email address and phone number – directly from you as you enter it.
This data is necessary to enable further communication and to provide the legal services for which you engage us. Access to this data is granted exclusively to the employess of the Data Controller, all of whom are familiar with the data protection measures we apply.
If a client relationship is established, we retain and process the collected data in accordance with the deadlines prescribed by the Law on the Legal Profession, i.e., for a period of 10 years from the date of final conclusion of the case in which we represented you. If we do not assume representation following the use of the contact form, the collected data is stored for 5 years from the date your inquiry is resolved.
Your rights
The Data Controller ensures all rights guaranteed by the Regulation to data subjects, which may be exercised by submitting a request through our data subject rights form. You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time, and such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
